Also called whipped honey or spun honey, creamed honey starts life as raw honey. Through a special process, it is purposely crystalized to create small, uniformly dispersed crystals and a velvety smooth texture.

It has the same deliciousness as regular honey, but is lighter colored, thicker, and velvety smooth. It also packs the same powerful nutritional punch as regular raw honey.
