If you just can’t decide on one or want to sample a bit of everything, try this assortment of creamed honey. Blondie’s special creations include cinnamon vanilla, mango lime habanero, and chocolate raspberry.

Creamed honey is the crème de la crème of raw honey and luxury at its finest. It is light-colored, thick, and velvety smooth. Creamed honey has the same deliciousness and nutrition punch as regular raw honey and can be used the same.

Also called whipped honey or spun honey, creamed honey starts life as raw honey. Through a special process, it is purposely crystalized to create small, uniformly dispersed crystals and a velvety smooth texture.

Cinnamon Vanilla
Ingredients: raw creamed honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla beans.
Spicy sweet cinnamon combines beautifully with warm, floral, aromatic vanilla beans in this creamed honey. Reminiscent of fresh-baked cinnamon rolls.

Mango Lime Habanero
Ingredients: raw creamed honey, mango powder, crystallized lime (citric acid, lime oil, lime juice), ground dried habanero.
